"Planning to Win"
“Planning to Win” is a summer transitions program specifically designed for high school junior and graduating seniors with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder and other cognitive disorders. The program is geared towards high school students who are planning to attend college in the fall as well as those who are only exploring post-secondary educational options at any college. Students will attend three days of educational and inspiring workshops, fellowship with current college students and spend two nights in an EKU residence hall.
The program is held on the beautiful Eastern Kentucky University Richmond, KY campus. The Planning to Win Program is focused on students; however parents and interested educators are also welcome. This program is sponsored by Project SUCCESS and a grant from the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.
